Yes, Unlike Wikipedia whose links are a "no-follow" Google KNOL adheres to the "do-follow" policy. This means that the links from the Knol to your website are credited and valued by Google. When Google offered the Knol service initially it was a "no-follow" .
They have changed to "do-follow" very recently.
