If you had logged into your account at SIM recently you must have noticed that the client profiles are missing in the cockpit. Your client profiles have not really vanished but re-organized for more effective client handling and order processing. Earlier you can add only 3 websites to a client profile which caused lot of confusion as you had to add extra client profiles for clients who had more than 3 websites.

Now we have organized in such a way that your client profile will accommodate any number of website profiles along with the mail account details, required data form and all other details about the website.

If you had 5 websites earlier, then you will see a similar message in your “Client Profile” panel in the Cockpit.

There are [5] Undefined website profiles Link Them to the Client Profiles

Click the Link Them link which will display the website URL’s with a select option. Add a client profile by clicking the Add New Client Profile link.

Select the relevant websites and related client profile from the drop down menu at the bottom and click “Link websites to selected profile” button.
