What is the recommended length of Title, Description and Keywords?

These are the standards for the length of Titles & Description as per Search Engines and Directories

Title can be of 60-90 characters
Description can be of 250 characters
Long Description can be of 600 characters
Keywords can be of 150 characters or 5 keywords/key phrases
